Given that every Google product/project that gets announced eventually shuts down, what's the expected lifespan of 'search'? ;D

Now that Google is working on an AI it won't be long before "Search" is discontinued :D

Just looking at the prices of Squarespace, the domains seem quite a bit more than both Google Domains and the registrar I use. They're honoring the current prices for a period at least but I'm guessing some people are gonna be annoyed at increase in a couple of years time. I'm surprised though, I thought maybe this was at least profitable (or maybe it is just not enough). At least Google sold it off this time instead of straight up killing it..

The prices are really very interesting, but fortunately there are alternatives where you can move - porkbun for example :D

Interesting. Square Space is no global cloud provider, just a large SaaS company. Do any of the other major cloud providers offer domain buying and ownership services? As far as I know AWS and Azure only provide DNS. Maybe Cloudflare does domain buying?
