The human eye cheats…a lot. It fills in blinds spots with estimates to keep you from confusion. If you’re looking above someone’s head, you’re using one of those blind spots.
There’s also an especially large emphasis on facial recognition hardwired into the amygdala, that we use to quickly identify potential threats.
When you put those two things together, you get some weird stuff. Try this video out. You’ll see how fast your brain will display distorted faces in favor of speed of identification over accuracy.

That's an optical illusion I agree about it, what I'm talking about isn't an optical illusion, it's about the key to access to a 6th sense. It's not about something you look with your eyes it's about something you look with your brain.
If you are in a complete dark room what you see?
The eyes trick it's just the way to make the brain telepathy work.
Or at least it's what I understand of this, you should try it just to find out if it work for you or not.
