Evangelion is not hard to follow. Itβs just a fucked up story about fucked up people hurting each other and then the world ends.
It's actually an allegory about Adam & Eve and the creation mythos π The last episode of the Evangelion series is not the true last episode, there's actually a whole separate episode that goes over what really happens
I found it pretty confusing, but I'll give it another go. I also have a slight suspicion that I might have accidentally dropped into the middle of the story rather than starting at the start.
